01Overview
At sstik.top ("SSTIK", "we", "us"), the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our website at https://sstik.top, our Android app and our Telegram bot, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
In short: you don't need an account, we never ask for your social media passwords, and we don't keep copies of the videos you download. We use limited technical data to run the service, prevent abuse, measure usage and show ads.
02Information we collect
Links you submit
When you paste a link, our servers read the public post to find the video, audio or image files. We keep a log of these lookups (the link, the platform, the time, whether it worked, and the approximate country) to fix problems, prevent abuse and understand which features are used. We do not store the downloaded videos themselves; files are delivered from the platform's own servers or streamed through our servers without being kept.
Log files
Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically record standard log information: internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring/exit pages and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to keep the service secure and reliable, to limit abusive traffic, and to produce aggregated statistics. It is not used to identify you personally.
Information you send us
If you email us, use a "Report a problem" form, or send a rating, we receive the details you choose to provide (for example your email address, the link that failed, your message and the app or browser version) so we can answer and fix the issue.
03How we use information
- To provide the download service and deliver the files you request.
- To keep the website, app and bot secure, including detecting bots, spam and abuse.
- To fix errors and improve speed, reliability and features.
- To measure how the service is used, using aggregated statistics.
- To show advertising that helps keep SSTIK free.
- To respond to messages, reports and legal requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of our own.
05Google AdSense and advertising
We may use Google AdSense to show ads. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to sstik.top and other websites on the internet.

06Telegram bot
When you use @SSTIKdownloader_bot, Telegram shares your Telegram user ID, display name and language with the bot, along with the links you send. We use this only to deliver your videos, remember your language and count how many people use the bot.
07Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is needed: problem reports for about 90 days, and lookup logs and aggregated statistics for a limited period. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrator access and encrypted storage of sensitive settings. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect the information we hold.
08Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information.
To make a request, email info@sstik.top. We will respond within 30 days. Because we don't require accounts, please include enough detail (for example the link or the time of your request) for us to find the relevant data.
09Children's information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. SSTIK is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from them. If you believe your child provided such information to us, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
10Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. By using our website, app or bot, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
