01Acceptance of terms

Welcome to sstik.top. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the SSTIK website located at https://sstik.top, the SSTIK Android app and the SSTIK Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

02The service

SSTIK is a free online tool that helps you save publicly available videos, images and audio from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter) for personal, offline viewing. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that every link or platform will always be supported.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Download, copy or redistribute content that you do not own or do not have permission to use.
• Re-upload other people's content as your own, or use it in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to send large numbers of requests, scrape the Service or bypass its limits and security checks.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the Service or its servers.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

04Intellectual property and fair use

• SSTIK does not host, store or re-upload any third-party content on its servers. Videos and media are fetched directly from the respective platforms' servers (CDNs) when you request them.
• All videos, images, music and other content belong to their original creators and rights holders. Users are solely responsible for respecting their intellectual property rights.
• SSTIK does not authorise or encourage downloading copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the owner.
• The SSTIK name, logo, website design and code are the property of sstik.top and may not be copied without permission.

05Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the rights of content creators. If you believe the Service is being used to access content that infringes your copyright, please email info@sstik.top with:

• A description of the copyrighted work and a link to the original content.
• The link(s) on or through sstik.top that you believe infringe your rights.
• Your name, address, email and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every valid notice and, where appropriate, block the reported links from being processed by the Service.

06Advertising and third-party links

The Service may show advertisements and contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

07Android app and Telegram bot

The SSTIK Android app is offered as a free download from our website. You install and use it at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your device secure. The Telegram bot is also subject to Telegram's own terms of service. These Terms apply equally to the app and the bot.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular content will be downloadable.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall sstik.top, its owner, or any of its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold sstik.top harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.

10Changes to these terms

sstik.top may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the revised Terms, so please review them regularly.

11Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
