Troubleshooting

"Invalid link" error

Make sure you copied the full link from the Copy link button, not a username or caption. The link must contain instagram.com.

Private account

Posts from private accounts are only visible to approved followers, so they cannot be downloaded. This protects people's privacy.

Story link not working

The Story may have expired (24 hours) or the account may be private. Highlights stay available as long as the owner keeps them.

The file won't save on iPhone

Open the page in Safari instead of the Instagram in-app browser, and check Files → Downloads.
