  • From a reply or quote: open that post on its own first, then copy its link — otherwise you'll copy the parent post.

A correct link looks like x.com/username/status/1234567890 or twitter.com/username/status/1234567890. Links with ?s=20 or other extra text at the end work fine.

How to download Twitter videos on Android

  1. Open the X app and find the post with the video.
  2. Tap Share → Copy link.
